SECTION 1 – Refunds and Cancellation
All payments made to LeonLow Digital Resources (including those for products, subscriptions, or services offered via leonlowdigital.com) are processed in USD and are non-refundable.
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time; however, all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be prorated. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Upon cancellation, you will immediately lose access to all data, tools, and resources associated with your LeonLow Digital account, including—but not limited to—automation assets, funnel templates, campaign data, and other hosted content.
Refunds will not be granted for any reason outside of the stated terms or beyond the applicable refund window from the original purchase date.

SECTION 2 – Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment
As a subscriber of LeonLow Digital Resources, you are responsible for paying all applicable fees for your chosen plan in accordance with these Terms.
Your account will be charged automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) for the full subscription amount plus any applicable taxes and fees.
Failure to utilize any of the services or features included in your plan does not exempt you from payment obligations.
Payments can be made using a valid credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway. We store only limited transactional data (such as the last four digits and expiration date of your card) in compliance with payment-security standards.
By subscribing, you authorize LeonLow Digital Resources to automatically charge your account on a recurring basis until cancellation is requested in accordance with this policy
SECTION 3 – FREE TRIAL
We occasionally offer free trials under specific conditions or as part of limited promotions.
Free-trial eligibility and duration are determined on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 4 – FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment for your subscription fails, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account—including access to all associated data and digital assets—after Five (5) days of non-payment.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before deletion; however, failure to update your payment details or settle the outstanding balance within this period will result in permanent data loss.
